2. Direct orders received from an official institution/clergy of the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong and the Catholic Diocese of Macau received through direct communication, email, order forms or whatsapp, can be settled within 30 days after receipt of goods.

3. Customised products usually requires a deposit payment of 50% of the cost of the items before production, and the final 50% of the cost should be settled within 30 days after receipt of goods.

Returns Policy:

1. Online purchases from our standard catalogue for delivery within Hong Kong and Macau can be returned within 30 days after receiving the goods for a full refund. Please contact us by email or whatsapp if a return of goods is required. Please note that only goods in their original, unused conditions can be accepted in returns.

2. Customised products are not accepted for returns, except when there are major defects in the goods. 

3. Since our products are hand-crafted by artisans, minor cosmetic flaws and minor deviations are considered normal and returns of such items will be at the sole discretion of our company.
