1. Is there a physical shop where one can visit to see the items and make purchases?
No, we are very sorry that we do not have a physical shop for visitors and we operate as an online business only.
Our office address is not open to visitors.
2. Can I view the products before deciding on purchasing?
Yes, firstly you can return any products you did not like within one month in Hong Kong, as long as they are in their original conditions.
We can also arrange for viewing by whatsapp, for example, our team can bring the items to your church for viewing by appointment.
3. What is the time frame for delivery of goods?
If the items are available in stock, we can normally deliver them within 1 week.
If the items are out of stock and for commissioned works to be manufactured, the production time is usually around 2 to 4 months.
Delivery within Hong Kong and Macau are arranged with local courier companies (e.g. SF express).
4. Is there a guarantee on the goods purchased from Sacristia Limited, what is your returns policy?
For purchases made in Hong Kong and Macau, we offer a 30-day free return policy on our standard products.
If you are not satisfied with our products for whatever reason, you can initiate a request to return the goods in their original conditions within a period of 30 days after receiving the items and receive a full refund. We will arrange for the return courier collection.
For custom-order items, returns can only be accepted for defective products.
Please note that since our products are hand-crafted by artisans, there may be minor cosmetic flaws or deviations within acceptable standards.
